Booking a band can be a confusing process. There seems an endless choice of acts and a long list of questions to ask. Getting the entertainment 'just right' can be a worrying task. Grapevine Blues have covered every imaginable type of event including weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, clubs, boat trips, pubs and more.

Individual circumstances surrounding each event can vary tremendously. However, as a guide we charge from £350 for the Duo and from £600 upwards for the Band depending on the location, duration and timing. We are always more than happy to quote on request.


Grapevine Blues is by definition a Blues Band, however over time our repertoire has expanded to include Jazz, Funk and Rock & Roll. All our music is guaranteed to get you up on your feet dancing.


As you can appreciate viewing us at a corporate or private event would not be feasible. However, we play many events that are open to the public. Feel free to contact us or check out the gig guide on this site.


Usually 2 to 2½ hours. This will normally consist of two 45 - 60 minutes sets with a 30 minute break. However, the structure and choice of the timing is ultimately yours.


The only deciding factor is your budget. We are based in the St.Albans area, however, we will travel to most areas of the UK, although  additional travel and accommodation expenses may need to be incorporated in the fee.


We will need appropriate space to set-up our equipment (around 15' by 10') with at least one domestic 240 volt power supply. The provision of a changing area would also be required for any formal events.
